Notes:
Information on the size of the cities where the surveys were done could easily be included by introducing an additional label. Red dots can be used for towns with a population above 10,000 people and green dots for smaller towns. Or the shape of the dot could be changed. The introduction of these categories adds to the information obtainable from the graph without unduly complicating the Figure.
