There may be outliers, data that does not follow the same pattern that most of the data does. In this case the point indicated seems to deviate from a linear relationship.
This data could have been improperly measure or recorded, or there may be a unknown variation which causes such deviation. It is very important to investigate outliers because they may indicate new variations on a theorybeing must be considered.
