The New Jersey Administrative Code

The Administrative Codes include, among other things, the specifics regarding how the State Boards shall govern their respective professions.

For our profession, Title 13, Chapter 40 "State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors" is the title that affects our practice the most. I have included a version of N.J.A.C. 13:40 here for your reference. If you do not have a current copy, you should contact the State Board at: P.O. There are undoubtedly other areas of the Administrative Code that have not been included here that may be relevant to Land Surveying, but they have not been fully researched as of the time this site was published. Any updated information will be included here as it becomes available.
